Go Live with enerbility’s comprehensive Confirmation Management at Verbund APT
Vienna, June 15th, 2009
enerbility is happy to report the Go Live with its full-fledged Confirmation Management (enerbility CM). This product covers ALL confirmations at Verbund. On the one hand, EFET eCM-standard compliant counterparties can confirm via eCM with Verbund, on the other hand all Verbund-Counterparties that do not have eCM are also integrated into the enerbility fax CM-product of Verbund.
This means that Verbund is now able to manage and process both faxed and electronic confirmations through a single application.
This brings tangible benefits with electronic confirmations but equally the faxed roll out now means:
- Faxed confirmations are now generated from an application that is fully documented and supported not only by the Verbund Operations Support team but also by enerbility.
- Verbund has a manageable yet flexible confirmation creation structure and process which replaces a substantial number of faxed templates which had to be maintained.
- Significant improvement in reporting capabilities for end users and management.
- Avoidance of any media break, no print-outs are necessary anymore.
- Bundled storage of ALL confirmations including combined brokered deals where Counterparty does not have eCM but broker has and vice versa.
